Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will be reported before the purchase is completed.

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase and may vary based on the number of products and/or weight.
Orders paid by credit card and/or Paypal are generally processed within 24-48 working hours after the order, unless the product is not available in stock.
If bank transfer is chosen as the payment method, it will be necessary to wait for the payment to be credited before starting to process the order.
Given the high number of requests, it may happen that the stock is not updated in real time on the website. If a product is purchased in these circumstances, we will notify the customer as soon as possible, who will decide whether to wait for the restocking or receive a full refund of the order.

Italylens surl invites the Customer to check the product sheets for information on average availability times and, if necessary, to contact the Customer Service before purchasing, if delivery times are decisive for the purchase decision.

Deliveries close to the holiday periods may be subject to delays related to contingencies and/or closing days of the period.
Deliveries are made by specialized logistics partners, at street level (no deliveries to the floor). The costs related to any use of elevators are the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer must indicate in the order if there are situations of inconvenience in reaching the place of delivery such as ZTL zone, narrow streets, pedestrian areas etc. All costs for any additional services, such as rental of smaller vehicles, porterage etc. are the responsibility of the Customer.
The search for fast and reliable shipping partners is constant, Italylens surl is not responsible for any delays attributable to the shipping company.

For each order, the Customer will be informed about the progress of the same. Italylens surl will provide the Customer with the shipping number and all the details to monitor the status of the shipment.
Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must check whether the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually the number delivered.
Furthermore, the Customer must check the conformity of the delivered products and the integrity of external defects. Only after this check has been carried out, the Customer must sign the delivery note, after which he will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered to him in relation to the order placed. Any objections must be reported to the courier, indicating on the waybill that the Customer must sign for collection, the wording "accepted subject to inspection" specifying the reasons, otherwise the package will be considered delivered correctly.

In the event of non-delivery of the purchase order, made with a payment method other than cash on delivery and in the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier in charge will leave a postcard to certify the delivery attempt. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be put into storage.
In the event of a failed delivery, the next day the carrier company in charge will automatically send Italylens surl the storage file opening dossier, which will state the reason for the failed delivery.

The Customer also has the option of viewing the storage file opening dossier and the status of their order via the shipping number on the carrier's website. Storage costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Italylens surl will contact the Customer in order to unblock the storage and ensure that delivery takes place as soon as possible. In the absence of instructions from the Customer and after 3 (three) working days from the opening of the storage file, the purchased product will be returned to Italylens surl.

After ten working days from the date on which the product was returned to Italylens surl, and in the absence of instructions from the Customer, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order cancelled pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. Italylens surl will refund the amount paid by the Customer, net of the costs of the unsuccessful product delivery, as well as the costs of returning the product to Italylens surl.
The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used by the Customer for the purchase or via another payment system depending on the circumstances. In the event that, before the expiry of the ten days, the Customer requests to receive the purchased product again, Italylens surl will proceed with the new delivery after charging, in addition to the costs of returning the product to Italylens surl.

It is up to the recipient to check the condition of the product delivered.

You can collect the goods purchased online directly at the point of sale, within and no later than 10 days from the purchase. To proceed with direct collection in the warehouse, the Customer must select this option in the dedicated section of their cart, before proceeding with the order confirmation.
