The return can be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

PLEASE NOTE: make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them. Each product must include all labels, envelopes and/or original box present at the time of delivery. The original box is considered an integral part of the product itself, it must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Send an email via the contact page of our website indicating the reason for the request and the order number;
Wait for the confirmation email, in which we will send you all the information to make the return;
Prepare the package and make sure that the box has the characteristics of strength suitable for shipping;
If we receive the item after 14 days from shipping, no refund will be made.

PLEASE NOTE: the refund is made following the verification and relative integrity of the product and the box.

Shipping costs relating to returns are paid by the customer.

Returns that are not authorized or in any case not compliant with all the conditions provided for will be refused and the customer will be notified accordingly. For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance selling applies.
